There is no doubt that Dawn Zulueta is a true timeless beauty, a real icon in the entertainment industry. Everybody adores her, men and women alike, because of her beauty that seems to ignore the passing of time.
For years, we haven’t met or heard of someone who pretty much looks like her in the industry. After all, she possesses a beauty that’s unmatchable so it’s pretty impossible to find someone who resembles her.
That is, before we met Shaira Diaz.
Shaira is currently making waves online because of her uncanny resemblance to the veteran actress. If you take a look at her, it would seem like you’re looking at Dawn, only 20 years younger.
Seriously though, these two could easily pass as mother and daughter (or sisters!) Don’t you think so?
It was only last March when the Kapuso network introduced Shaira as their newest talent. She was previously an artist signed under TV-5.
In an interview with her home network, Shaira is confident that GMA would give her the roles she would like to portray.
“GMA is a good place to be, lalo na ‘pag pag-uusapan ‘yung gusto mong makaarte. At saka feeling ko madami silang maibibigay na role na hindi ko pa nagagawa before.”
Talking about her previous network, the now-Kapuso actress is so thankful for the endless opportunities TV-5 has provided her.
“Masaya rin naman. Thankful ako kasi wala ako rito kung wala sila. Kasi sila ‘yung naka-discover sa akin, kaya nahasa rin du’n ‘yung talent ko. Ang pinakapasasalamat ko, kasi hindi ako nabakante du’n, so talagang nagpapasalamat ako sa tiwalang ibinigay nila sa akin kasi nga binibigyan nila ako lagi ng show,”
Although the Kapuso star is yet to have her big break in the network, we’re pretty certain that she’ll soon rise as a promising star just like Dawn.
